Terms and Conditions of Trading – Alicia homefront Enterprises Ltd

These Terms and Conditions of Trading apply to all consumer contracts between Alicia homefront Enterprises Ltd and our subcontractors ('us/we/our') and the Customer ('you/your') in relation to all sales of goods and services.

1.1. Product Specifications

1.1.1 We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification of products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

1.1.2 Goods supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. Unless agreed with you, the goods supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance. Any significant variations will be highlighted on the display model.

1.1.3 We will endeavour to match the colour and texture of the fabric of your sofa to the samples chosen as accurately as possible, but variations in both the colour and texture may occur.

1.2. Measurements

The measurements of all furniture and furnishings made by us will be as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.

1.3. Prices

All prices include KDV (TRNC VAT), where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.

1.4. Payments

1.4.1 With all other methods of payment you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50 per cent of the price as a deposit when you place your order.

1.4.2 We require payment in full before delivery of goods

1.4.3 We will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of your estimated delivery date and at this time the balance of any monies due will be payable. Only once we have received the balance of any monies due in cleared funds, will we be able to confirm your actual delivery date.

1.4.4 Ownership of the goods will not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods together with any delivery or other charges you are required to pay.

1.5. Delivery

1.5.1 We will deliver your furniture over the value of £500 to any North Cyprus address. For furniture under the value of £500 delivery within approximately 10 miles of the homefront store will be free of charge. Charges beyond that will apply. Relevant charges will vary, but will indicated when you place your order

1.5.4 If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

1.5.5 We are not able to specify a delivery time on the delivery day. We will however indicate a morning or afternoon delivery.

1.6. Cancellation

1.6.1 Once sofas and fabrics are ordered from us or you order made to measure curtains, your order may not be cancelled by you as these have been made especially for you. All other furniture orders you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days before the delivery date, but if you do so we shall retain the deposit.
