Our company started as a retailing of furniture business with wrought iron range only, within the last year we have diversified our business to take advantage of the growth in the buy to let market. With our bulk purchasing power and large product range we are well positioned to meet the needs of the market. We are a rapidly growing company and are working with some of the big name estate agents, interior designers in North Cyprus who re-sell our packs.
We decided to extend our business, first started with extending our range with wood, more granite choices, supplying very good quality fabric material as per our customer's choices. We are supplying the fabric material of REKOR DOKUMACILIK which is renowned in Turkey by its first quality fabric in sofa suites and curtains, we are the only company in North Cyprus officially using Rekor Cloth in all our sofa settees and cushions.
Now, we have our own wrought iron metal factory located in Karaoglanoglu, 900 sqm with 12 craftsmen working hard and making good quality wrought iron furniture, in our factory we also manufacture sofa settees, cushions, curtains and wood furniture.
In our warehouse where we hold 90% of our product and fabric range in stock, allowing us to provide a fast turnaround because we understand that waiting for delivery of furniture could mean lost rental income. We have a lot of expertise in selling furniture packs and we do not deal with the public so we can channel all our time and energy to serving property investors like you.
We create our furniture packages including bedding packages with spare bedding for each bedroom, utensil packs, electrical pack which covers small kitchen appliances; the items are carefully selected for maximum wear and tear without losing that modern contemporary look. We take in to account simple tips that we have picked up over the years such as, dark coloured upholstery is always better for keeping that 'new just furnished look' for longer and the opposite is true for linens, light colours are more suitable as tenants tend to wash them more often.
We can mix and match items and create a pack for you that will be at the price you require. Just tell us your price range and some details of the look you are trying to achieve and we can suggest a package and send you the pictures by email. All packs include a free mirror and lamps. We provide air fresheners with all installations as smell is the first sense used by a potential tenant or purchaser when entering your property. Some essential cleaning fluids are provided so that they are always close at hand for your tenant should they need them.
