Homefront Sofas are manufactured in house we have every faith in our products so feel able to provide an extensive manufacturers warranty.
Frames are warranted for the life of the product against defects in material and workmanship.
Foam has a three year warranty against defects in workmanship such as tearing or collapsing. However, this will not apply if such a defect is caused by abnormal usage. Note that all foam will soften initially and this is considered normal.
Suspension system has a full lifetime warranty against tearing or separating from the frame under normal household use.
Upholstery is designed and engineered for sitting or lying down. It is not intended for standing, jumping or bouncing. These uses may result in damages which will not be covered under warranty. Improper cleaning of upholstery, cuts, burns, stains, soiling is not covered by this warranty. We recommend testing in a conspicuous area first when applying any cleaning products.
This warranty does not apply to fabrics treated with aftermarket fabric treatments or fabrics exposed to pets. Homefront cannot warrant any problems which may result from exposure to excessive heat or sunlight
Homefront furniture is only warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship as to the furniture components. (Defects mean imperfections which impair the utility of the product).
If the furniture component is defective in the warranty period, Homefront will repair or replace at no charge. Homefront warranty applies under normal use conditions. It will not apply to defects that result from negligence, intentional damage, unreasonable exposure or use.
